AC Preventive Maintenance Service Announcement

Hi everyone, and welcome to the latest updates of the Murano Grande Condo:

The maintenance team will conduct AC preventive maintenance from 10 AM to 4 PM, Monday through Friday (from October 30th until November 29th).

To participate in the AC maintenance program:

• If you’ve authorized key retrieval: The maintenance team will use your key to access your unit.
• If you haven’t authorized key retrieval: Please contact the management office to schedule a time when you’ll be home.

What does the service entails:

• Replacement of the AC filter
• Inspection and cleaning of the drain pan
• Clearing of any clogged drain lines
• Addition of chlorine tablets to the drain pan

This maintenance will help prevent AC leaks. If you want to handle it yourself, please let the management office know right away.
