AC Preventive Maintenance Service

As the scorching summer heat reaches its peak, ensuring the proper functioning of your air conditioning (AC) unit becomes crucial. To keep you comfortable and beat the heat, Murano Grande Management is offering an AC preventive maintenance service. This service aims to provide residents with a hassle-free experience while optimizing the performance and longevity of their AC units.

The AC preventive maintenance service offered by Murano Grande Management covers a range of essential tasks that are designed to optimize your unit’s performance and prevent common issues. Here’s what you can expect:

  • Change the A/C Filter: The maintenance team will replace the air filter in your AC unit. This helps improve indoor air quality by trapping dust, pollen, and other allergens, preventing them from recirculating in your home. A clean filter also allows for better airflow, reducing strain on the system.
  • Inspect and Clean the Drain Pan: The drain pan collects condensation from your AC unit. Over time, it can accumulate dirt and debris, leading to blockages and potential leaks. During the preventive maintenance service, the maintenance team will thoroughly inspect and clean the drain pan, ensuring proper drainage and preventing water damage.
  • Clear a Clogged Drain Line: A clogged drain line can cause water to back up and overflow from the drain pan, resulting in water damage and potential mold growth. The maintenance team will check the drain line for any blockages and clear them to maintain proper drainage.
  • Place Chlorine Tablets in the Drain Pan: To inhibit the growth of algae and mold within the drain pan, chlorine tablets will be placed. This simple step helps keep your AC unit clean and prevents unpleasant odors caused by microbial growth.

If you have already authorized the retrieval of your emergency unit key for this service, you are all set to receive the AC preventive maintenance service during the assigned period (July 17, 2023, to August 11, 2023).

However, if you wish to receive the service but haven’t provided the key authorization, contact the management office to schedule a time when you will be home to receive the service. If you prefer to have your AC unit serviced independently, make sure to notify the management office once the service is completed.
