Read MoreThe Murano Grande condo wants to inform all its residents that the demolition of Tower II from floors 20 to 25 on Monday, August 3rd, 2020.
Murano Grande condo residents from the floors that will be under construction shall remove all the furniture, including paintings, tables, mirrors, etc. from the elevator lobbies. The condominium management office won’t be liable for any damage caused to furniture not removed.
After the renovation has been completed on each floor, the furniture and items previously located in the foyer won’t be authorized to be located in this space again.
Please note that private foyers are not classified as elevator lobbies (common foyers), so there is no need to remove miscellaneous from this area.
As an additional notice, the Murano Grande Condo’s management office has informed its residents that two staff members tested positive to COVID-19. One of them is recovering at home, and the other one is hospitalized for proper treatment.
The Murano Grande is taking special care on this matter, and all the staff members that were in close contact with the 2 cases, are self-quarantining until they receive a negative COVID-19 test and they are able to come back to work in the building.
