One more step in the positive direction – Murano Grande Condo

After Mayor Carlos Gimenez and Governor DeSantis announced the effectiveness on Monday 18th of the reopening Phase I, the Murano Grande Condo association reassures to all its residents how we are one step closer to our new normality.

Retail and restaurants will reopen on Monday 18th at 50% of their capacity in Miami-Dade. In Miami Beach, this phase will start on May 27th. The Murano Grande informs to all its residents that the condo pool and gym are not going to reopen in this phase, but encourages all to follow the guidelines and necessary rules of Phase I so that we can successfully move forward to the next step that will include the building amenities.

Restaurants will have to follow rules and social distancing guidelines, that not only include the 50% capacity. Regarding other general businesses such as hair salons, museums, and more retail establishments, will reopen on Wednesday 20th in Miami Beach, according to Mayor Gelber. Murano Grande condo restaurant and retail will reopen on Wednesday and will follow all the requested restrictions.

Beaches and the rest of entertainment sites, such as gyms, casinos, bars, among others, will remain close until further notice.

The Murano Grande will keep all its residents updated in the reopening process.
