3 methods implemented by the Murano Grande Condo to prevent Coronavirus

As we have previously stated in some of our prior blog posts, the Murano Grande Condo is always looking to implement new ways and methods to keep its residents completely safe and healthy.

This is the main reason why the Murano Grande association decided to follow some techniques to minimize the risk of the Coronavirus spread. Here are the 3  methods this luxury condo is doing:

1. Common areas at the Murano Grande condo have been officially closed: Amenities such as the pool, the fitness center, the restaurant, the tennis court, and the recreation room have been closed until further notice.

2. Contractors aren’t allowed into the units at the Murano Grande Condo: Except for emergencies such as AC repairs, leaks or other urgent appliance repairs, contractors won’t be permitted to access the building.

3. Real Estate agents won’t be allowed to advertise units at the Murano Grande Condo: Realtors won’t be permitted to hold open houses or have showings at the Murano Grande. Effective tomorrow Friday, March 20th.

Most of these methods have followed by other condominium buildings in the neighborhood and in the Miami area in general.

The Murano Grande condo association and the Board of Directors are reviewing and updating if necessary its procedures on a day to day basis, based on the city and county guidance.
